I like what you have done with the top of it, Is that a 2L FI block?
Are you able to get your hands on the linkage off the original twin IDF set up?

Sweet!
If it runs as good as it looks, you've got something special there.

Thank you guys !
Yes it is 2L block with 1.8L head.
FI or not - I don't know how to tell them apart.
I have not figured out the linkage yet , if I'd have the original one - I'd use it , but I asked few people and nobody has a spare complete mechanism .
I ordered some levers from ebay and as soon as they arrive I'll try to make them work.
I'll keep you posted.

I don't see any TC... Maybe i do not know what TC means?

Edit: Lol, I'm an idiot. On my other forums TC means Turbo Charged. Here it means Twin Cam. Got it.

still running points with a perf engine? That ignition doesn't have much output, especially at high rpms

I have noticed in the later 2L the area where the mechanical fuel pump went is blanked off, neither here nor there really....

So if the block does not have hole for the pump it is FI block ?

Looks really nice. I've never seen that top center cover. Is it custom?

Just what I had noticed on the Argenta (late 132) block I have in my car that came out with FI, sort of makes sense, no need for the machining for a mechanical fuel pump if it has an external fuel pump??
