Re: Engine Bay Gallery! Please add your own!
I have about 190 runs with the FI system on there, and three with the IDFs, but with no cam/ignition timing adjustments or final jetting done. I'll run one or two raw (apples to apples) pulls just to see how the box works, then dial it in with the box installed, and then with the box off, to see how it really works (or doesn't).

Re: Engine Bay Gallery! Please add your own!
I thought I'd add my to date progress with a picture of my engine bay. Polished cam covers, new 32/36 DFEV carb, Allison Automotive radiator, Computronics ignition system and while you can't see it the upgraded 95 amp alternator.
Next step is to replace the calipers, rotors and replace the wheel bearings.

I realize that this may be the most beautiful engine posted. Sorry to intimidate the forum.

All kidding aside, I am amazed at how beautiful some of your engine bays are. I look forward to getting there someday.

I didn't like the dark orange distributor cap or the faded yellow timing belt cover.... so I painted them both "aluminum"
