Most of 2011 local events are up on the site http://www.dcfiats.org/events/index.html. The tech session on the 26th in College Park would be a good opportunity to ask about this mod, with a Spider up on the lift.

You could contact j.erskine2@verizon.net to see if he has any 3.56 rears; I don't think he does. But you could get dibs on one, as the club strips a couple of cars per year.
