Can a 1" timing belt be used with the Allison Twin Cam Adjustable Cam Gears on a '75 1800?

do you have some number/names from 1" Belts?
I only know the Gates 5293 148 x 25.4mm and they are hard to get...

1" belt is a Gates 5291. I bought it from one of the US vendors.
