Vacuum LIne

Postby davery » Mon Feb 20, 2017 8:54 am

I have a FI spider and it looks like I have an unattached vacuum line. The starts at the vacuum advance module and travels along the firewall. I'm not sure where the other ends should be attached. Any ideas?

Sorry to hijack this thread, but I have the same issue. Does anyone happen to have a good pic of that nipple? I've looked for an hour and can't find it. ..thanks

That is not the nipple for vacuum advance . (Previous picture) . That , instead is vacuum hose that goes to top of charcoal canister

I don't have photo, but feel under the big black hose (cyclonic oil/vapor separator hose)that attaches to throttle plate just near where end of throttle cable is attached to engine

Yep, it is just about under the big coiled throttle return spring, on the throttle body. Small diameter, points horizontally straight out towards the rear.

awesome, I found it...but I had some other hose hooked up there...so I've switched them, but now need to find where this new hose goes. The other end is attached to a small white rectangular box that's mounted on the driver side wall of the engine bay.

here are two different pics of the little white box...can anyone tell me what this thing is below the yellow circled item? (ignore the yellow circle, that was for another post.. )

and here in the top right corner of the pic

thanks again
