I just lay mine down on the luggage rack and bungee it on. Of course it's not a super expensive bicycle.

i dont haul my bike on the spider. Never actually considered it. But I dont use clipless pedals either. I crashed to many times trying to use them because at the time I didnt know they had to be adjusted. LOL

Even though I picked up a donor trunk lid to bolt a tray to (basically) & still have the pieces to weld up a receiver for my '71 124 Spider, it remains useless for carrying bikes. This is the best i have in operational Fiats to carry bikes. Most of my bikes are ones I'd want to be rather careful with...may be more valuable than the car that carries them (not necessarily the case in this photo, but...)
