How to wire ignition coil?? 1972 spider

If any one has a 1972 sport spider that runs could you take a picture of your engine bay so i could see how the coil is wired in iv'e tried a wiring diagram that is supposed to be accurate but i still get no spark help i need to move this car

I don't have any photos. Have you measured battery voltage on the coils + terminal when the ignition switch is in the Start and Run positions?? The points switch a ground to the - side of the coil. when the points are open you should have battery voltage on both of the coil's low voltage terminals. When the points are closed the - terminal should have zero volts and the + side should continue to have battery voltage. The instant the ground is removed from the - terminal of the coil a spark should be produced if the coil is good.
