79 fuel injection swap

Postby bluespider262 » Thu Jul 20, 2017 8:46 pm

Hi,

Is the "dished" driver's side cam cover absolutely required for the fuel injection intake/plenum/etc. to fit, or is there still enough clearance if you retain the original cover?

I thought I read over the winter it would indeed fit but I can't find that info again so now I'm not sure.

Thanks

Sometimes it will just barely fit. If it does, and you use it, you'll need to remove the upper intake to remove the cover to adjust valves.
