Is there a correct gap for Fuel shut off in the AFM

Maybe a dumb question.
Does anyone know what the gap should be for the fuel switch in the AFM, I figure about 0.030". Should it be closer?

Are you asking what the gap between the contacts for the fuel pump should be when the car is off? I haven't checked mine, but that sounds about right. If you hear the double relay clicking when you drive, or at idle, the gap is probably too big.

Correct the gap when car is off. Mine was touching and thus on all the time. I set it a few month ago very skinny and it closed again so I am going 0.030".
