Heater hose question

Postby njoconnor » Sat May 20, 2017 5:55 pm

Working on the engine bay cleanup. I'm probably going to cave and install the "T" fitting for the coolant burping  and I'm wondering about the heater hose which runs between the firewall and the cylinder head. Is it supposed to run forward from the firewall and bend around in front of the distributor, and then up to the head, or is it supposed to run behind the dizzy and turn forward to the head? Run into just enough "different"placings on this car from the PO's mechanic that I'm double checking.

Got the exhaust header off and first coat of aluminum paint on today. Cleaning and degreasing the engine bay walls for their new coat of paint. Pix in Cosmetics when I get done!

Thanks
