moving alternator to exhaust side

I have a cs2 2 litre carb engine with alternator on the inlet side and top mount dizzy.
I want to move the alternator to the exhaust side.
I've noticed the block has 2 studs on the exhaust side for an alternator mounting block. The block already has a hole for the alternator top strut.
My question is what else am I missing? Will the existing crank pulley and water pump pulley be suitably offset or will I need to change these?
Anything else I've missed?
I don't have the car here and am trying to order parts before it arrives for the conversion.

I did that using a Lancia 2L block in a 74 124. I've always had the alternator on the right side. There are 2 or 3 different offset water pump pulleys and that may be a minor issue. (On the other hand, just the other day, I realized an engine i had which had run & done so with no issues had a pump pulley with the wrong offset). I'd think the lower mount & upper bracket from a 74-back car would be about all you really need...well, and some wire.

Just curious, why the move to the exhaust side? Won't it be a lot hotter over there?

Warmer electrons move at higher speeds?

For me, it's the engine bay I'm used to and I've never had an issue with an alternator being overheated because of it. Could be an issue. I couldn't personally imagine moving it without a reason either direction.

heat isn't an issue with the alt on the right side and it sure makes the left side of the motor easier to work on.

Mark pretty much answered it. The exhaust cam I'm using also doesn't have a gear drive, so I'm converting the engine to run with block mounted dizzy also.
So question remains. Are the crank pulleys same offset? Or do I need another? Water pump pulley?

I have a block mounted dizzy (from a Lada) and the alt on the intake side. It is a bit crowded over there, but everything works and fits fine.

Good luck with the relocate - what type of dizzy do you plan?

Do you have multiple crank pulleys to chose from? I think the crank will determine the plane the belt rotates in

I wasn't actually sure of the crank pulley offsets. I'm pretty sure that now they are different and thus complicates things for me, unless i can find another pulley first.
So far i have:
Crank pulley
water pump pulley
alternator bottom mount block
alternator top strap
wiring
anything else?

I'm VERY curious to see that lada distributor bolted to fiat engine block. can you please post a pic of it?
