well, getting a judgement against a business is a little different than against an individual. After you get the judgement, if the business doesn't pay you can get the Marshall to collect the debt. They will seize any money that comes into the business until the judgement is satisfied. It still takes a couple of trips to court though.

Till taps are great fun, a uniformed officer stands at the register and collects all the cash they take in, believe it or not, customers get kind of nervous when this happens, it's not good for business.
