Pinion seal nut size

Postby spiderman1 » Sun Sep 03, 2017 9:02 pm

Hey folks,
This may be on another thread somewhere but I have not been able to find it out.
I am looking for the size of the pinion nut in the differentia. Sounds like a silly question but I can't seem to make anything work. The closest is a 29mm with a thin wall but its not perfect.
One video says 15/16.
Nothing seems to want to fit inside the flange and over the nut.
Thanks for the help.
David

Dunno if you ever got an answer, but on my 1969 Fiat 124, the pinion nut is 27mm
