Stump the chump

We found this in a parts buy out of one of the last Pininfarina Bertone dealers in the US. And neither Csaba or I can peg what the heck it is. Another vendor says its a 600 part but I doubt that.

Any guesses?

Oh... and its the one on the right ;)

Washer for the bolt that goes into seat bottom to hold the hinge?
