need some of your expertise
I have a 1971 fiat 125 special that I am working on down
in Chile. I have a rebuilt cylinder head from the 1608 125 special
with large ports. In addition I have a 2.0 block. I have been reading
about the differences between the two engines. What do I need to do
to use the 1608 head on the 2.0 block? I would really like to use it
because it has much larger ports than the head that
came on the 2.0 I have.
Appreciate it!

Re: 1608 head on a 132 2.0 block
you'll find a thread I posted about the difference in the front water jacket. It's large on a 1608 head and interferes with the fire ring on the 2L head gasket. You'll need to weld up the water jacket and redrill to match the 2L block
