I have a pininfarina spider and i'm working on it. I need some ideas on mirror to change the origins ones : to big and in black plastic.
Have you got some ideas of what could be put in place to be more "vintage" ?

Regards

search this on Ebay
FIAT 850 1964 1968-1972 NEW PAIR CHROME DOOR FENDER MIRRORS LEFT & RIGHT 2PIECES

I got some of the chrome semi-rectangular ones. wanted the more vintage look than the large black plastic ones. not installed yet, but they look pretty good.

I installed these. I used the existing wires in the door for the electric windows my car did not have. I used their convex mirror on the passenger side. I would like a greater range of view then the mirrors provide and am thinking of purchasing an extender they carry to move the mirror outward another inch and one half. I get a lot of positive comments from Fiat and Alfa owners of older cars.

I bought Vitaloni Sebrings in chrome. I used the original threaded bolt hole for the forward-most bolt. They look fantastic! I can’t see a thing out of them! :)

If you ditch your existing style of side mirrors, then you're going to be left with an open hole in your vent window glass. Those can be replaced too, but it adds to the cost and effort of such a project.
