the Vogtland springs bring the car to the Euro ride height and are progressive

how easy is it to fit new front and rear shocks and springs as an amateur mechanic, any tips or advice please.

It's really not that complicated. Caveat being, with the proper tools, and a good study of the few pages out of,the maintenance manual. I want to say Spring compressors are needed for the front, and the rear was really super simple.
