Welcome! If it is truly rust free then that is a rarity and well worth consideration. Rust is one of the Devils of these cars. Check the shock towers and floor pans, around the fenders, look pretty much everywhere. Check under the passenger side dash and see if the heater core is leaking coolant. If it runs well, and is really rust free, then imho that asking price is very good. There are some pretty good Fiat Spider Buyer's Guides available, someone else may be able to chime in on that.

Interesting car. Its had some front end work as the bumper is gone and the front turn signals are from a pre 1974 model. But nevertheless Fuel Injected models are great cars. Well what am I saying any Fiat 124 series is a great model.
Hope you find the one that fits you!

Go for rust free unless you have body working skills. I find the mechanicals easy to sort out as a rule.
